The Role:

Your role will be to deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising, including designing promotional campaigns, giving recommendations, and implementing action plans.

You will train the store staff on brand standards, provide on-going coaching, and be a pivotal part of the brand team, working to implement plans for new store openings and new market entry.

You will also be responsible for assessing the visual standards of the store and ensuring best practice is followed by staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Visual Standards
• Lead the delivery of effective and commercial visual standards across all store departments.
• Train and develop VM Managers and Visual Merchandisers to achieve best-in-class execution.
• Review and approve layouts, windows, and product placements to drive brand visibility and sales.

Commercial and Marketing Initiatives
• Align visual execution with trade and marketing calendars.
• Oversee timely implementation of campaigns and product launches.

Leadership and Team Development

• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and engagement.
• Identify and develop high-potential team members to strengthen succession planning.

Operational Excellence

• Plan and manage the store’s visual calendar and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong communication with Regional VM and Store Management.

Brand Representation
• Act as the brand’s visual ambassador within the flagship store.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent, elevated brand experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with design and planning tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar).

Strong leadership and people management skills; creative mindset with commercial acumen; ability to balance brand aesthetics with operational priorities.

7–9 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, including at least 3 years in a leadership or flagship store role.
