Job Purpose

Support the delivery of sustainability initiatives within the Primark division by coordinating programmes, supporting implementation, and monitoring progress against agreed sustainability objectives.
The role focuses on translating sustainability priorities into practical actions, supporting reporting requirements, and embedding responsible business practices into day-to-day operations

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and action plans aligned with agreed sustainability frameworks and business priorities.
• Coordinate sustainability-related activities across Primark functions to support consistent delivery.
• Support the tracking and monitoring of sustainability performance, targets, and key metrics.
• Assist with sustainability data collection, validation, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to sustainability benchmarking and research to identify relevant best practices and emerging trends.
• Support the delivery of environmental and social responsibility initiatives at an operational level.
• Assist in preparing sustainability updates, reports, and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support internal communication and engagement activities related to sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure sustainability initiatives are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Support the implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives aligned with agreed priorities
• Support sustainability engagement initiatives that promote awareness and responsible business practices
• Ensure sustainability activities support divisional and business objectives
• Promote a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
